A Chicken Hand & Monkey Brains you say?

Let me start off by saying, if you a reading this because youre...family, a friend, a friend of the family, a friend of a friend, a family friend of a friend of a friend... whatever! haha Sign up to follow me or at leasttttt at the end of the blogs you read... click it and leave a comment with your name... So I know who all is reading. I see all the time how many times it was viewed but I cant see who! So comment with your name or follow... LOVE YOU... and here ya go.... (maybe i should be an author I kind of enjoy this!)

YEP.. and I mean it... GROSS!!!! Only one was served at dinner tonight and the other was the topic of conversation. Thankfully it was just the Chicken Hand in the soup. Although I did not part-take in the eating... it is suppose to be very good for the joints... Every food, in every meal is good for something.... Chicken hands, joints. Barley, for your system. Mango, skin...ect... I did how ever find out that there is a cold soup that increases your bust size.... I will be getting Costco sized bowl foods starting tomorrow... lol... Louise, Ruby's sister, tells me what every food is good for, and I had to ask... she said she will take me where I can go try it... so we will see.

Please excuse my face... and lack of make up .. it was an odd moment and a long day.

Back to dinner... well Poa Poa (grandma) was cooking today, and brought out this BIG pot... that smelled...interesting.... so I sneaked a peak... and from there on was a bit sqeemish... I should def refer to my previous blog on the "dont ask just eat" motto.... in this case it was infact visual, making it a little harder to ignore. Everything else was great. Rice, chicken, chilli sauce, baked egg (like tofu)....it was another good meal... def gettin more and more excited about being in europe and the food there!!!
(so I snapped some pics... here they are.....)

As for the Monkey Brain Soup.....Evidentally Monkey Brain Soup is a delicacy in China. One that I have made COMPLETELY CLEAR... I will not be having. Everyone explained to me that it is a very expensive dish, where they give you earplugs and actually bring the monkey out, chained to a chair, alive...then cut open the skull so that you can eat the brain while it is alive. The earplugs are because the monkey makes soooo much noise. Noone at the table had ever had it, thank goodness and all agreed with me that it is cruel and well 100% disgusting.... Michael told me that one time in China, some customers took him out for the delicacy, but as they opened the monkey's skull, it was so nauseating and loud that he ran out & got sick. We will be skipping this meal in Bejing. YAY! Michael also told me (tryin to be funny) that the monkey screamed "Help me nancee...." I'm guessing not so much.

Everyone have a great day, since If you are reading this... youre PROBABLY in the states somewhere and it is probably around 1130 AM on Wednesday,... SO have a great hump day and Ill write soon... unless youre Pascal, Sylvian, Karoline, in France & Daniel in the UK & Cedric in Brazil (Yes you..ced..) where it is the evening have a great evening... whatever, whoever you are, where ever and I know you... have a great one!... EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! ill write soon!
